For tutors

  1. Request a class Pick a name, curriculum (CBC, Cambridge, or Other), subject, grade level, and a schedule.
  2. Wait for a quick admin review An akiliQuest admin approves your request before students can join — usually within a day.
  3. Invite students with a code Share your class's join code; approve each student as they request to join.
  4. Teach Post materials and announcements, and start AI-generated quizzes your class can play together.

For students

  1. Get a class code Your tutor shares a short join code for their class.
  2. Request to join Enter the code and wait for your tutor to approve you.
  3. Catch up on materials Read announcements and open notes, links, or files your tutor has shared.
  4. Play quizzes and climb the leaderboard Answer quiz questions with your classmates and see how you rank.

Pricing

Tutors: KES 1000/month Per teacher — covers as many classes and students as you run. Also needs a quick admin approval before students can join.
Students: Free Joining a class you're invited to costs nothing, but only unlocks that class's materials, announcements, and quizzes — an individual subscription is still needed for premium content outside your classroom.

Classes supports CBC, Cambridge, and other curricula — a tutor just needs an akiliQuest account, the Classes subscription, and a quick admin approval before students can join.
